Martin G. Goebbel, D.D.S.
Born in Canton, Ohio, Dr. Martin Goebbel attended Bowling Green
State University in Bowling Green, Ohio where he received his Bachelor
of Science Degree in 1976. He was inducted into Alpha Epsilon Delta,
Ohio Delta Chapter for his academic accomplishments.
Dr. Goebbel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from The
Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1978. While at Ohio
State, Dr. Goebbel was a member of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity serving
as President of Psi Chapter his senior year. He received The American
Academy of Periodontology Student Award for his accomplishments
in the Periodontal Program.
Dr. Goebbel completed a Dental General Practice Residency at the
United States Public Health Service Hospital in San Francisco, California
in 1979. He served as a Dental Officer in the United States Public
Health Service, Indian Health Service from 1979 through June of
1988. During this duty tour, Dr. Goebbel was a clinical instructor
in the Indian Health Service Dental Assistant Training Program,
a clinical instructor in the University of New Mexico Dental Hygiene
Program, as well as Infection Control Officer at SIPI Dental Center.
He worked closely with both The Center for Disease Control and OSHA.
Utilizing the knowledge and experience gained, Dr. Goebbel designed
Southern Boulevard Dental Center to be a state-of-the art dental
facility which opened in July of 1988.

Dr. Goebbel and his daughter, AnaMaria, enjoy soccer, movies, and
traveling. He also pursues interests in woodworking, real estate,
computers, and state-of-the art dental equipment.
