Meet the Dentists Dentist: Dr. Martin G. Goebbel, D.D.S.Martin was born in Canton, Ohio and became Dr. Martin Goebbel after attending Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976. He was inducted into Alpha Epsilon Delta, Ohio Delta Chapter for his academic accomplishments. Dentist Dr. Goebbel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1978. While at Ohio State, Dr. Goebbel was a member of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity serving as President of Psi Chapter his senior year. He received The American Academy of Periodontology Student Award for his accomplishments in the Periodontal Program. Dr. Goebbel completed a Dental General Practice Residency at the United States Public Health Service Hospital in San Francisco, California in 1979. He served as a Dental Officer in the United States Public Health Service, Indian Health Service from 1979 through June of 1988. During this duty tour, Dr. Goebbel was a clinical instructor in the Indian Health Service Dental Assistant Training Program, a clinical instructor in the University of New Mexico Dental Hygiene Program, as well as Infection Control Officer at SIPI Dental Center. He worked closely with both The Center for Disease Control and OSHA. Utilizing the knowledge and experience gained, Dr. Goebbel designed Southern Boulevard Dental Center in Rio Rancho, NM to be a state-of-the art dental facility which opened in July of 1988. Dr. Goebbel and his daughter, AnaMaria, enjoy soccer, movies, and traveling. He also pursues interests in woodworking, real estate, computers, and state-of-the art dental equipment. Dentist: Dr. John F. Anton, D.D.S.
After graduation, he entered into a career with the U S Public Health Service working in various locations around the American Southwest. During that time, he continued his education with a 2 year Advanced General Practice Residency Program at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center where he received a wealth of training and experience in all areas of dental care. Retiring after 20 years of government service in 1998, Dr. Anton entered a new phase in his career as an Associate Dentist at Southern Boulevard Dental Corporation. Dr. Anton is a member of:

Dr.
John Anton, a native of Long Island, New York, graduated Cum Laude
from St. Johns University with a BA in Economics in 1975. He went
on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University
in 1978. Upon graduation, he was selected for membership in Omicron
Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society and received an
award from the American Academy of Oral Pathology for excellence.
